My real beef with this is WHY ARE MOTORISTS THE ONE TO SHOULDER THE COST?!? We already paid for registration fees for our cars and even the Road User's Tax.

For me, this is plain and simple double taxation for a "service" that no one really cares for. Sheesh! Enough is enough!!!
