LTO car registration and late registration fees

Is my assumption correct?

LTOs within NCR will require MVIS only for car registration?

Not just NCR, even in our neck of the woods now. MVICs do everything. Their equipment covers emissions, dynos alignment/suspension/brakes(all 4 corners & e-brake), checks all lights(including headlamp illumination/alignment). Underbelly, they do ocular checks..
& then there's the registration renewal processing w/ insurance coverage for an added fee. One stop shop is the intention.

Still doubting the system, are those guys knowledgeable on all types/makes? May brochure ba sila of every vehicle?

Naalala ko bigla yung nasira na Subaru.

And add that sa Private lang ito mandatory? Or for all na ba?

Knowledgeable on all makes? Definitely not..& they won't allow the owner to drive thru all the tests.
Private vehicles only? Did not see a single public there today. Their menu only mentions motorbikes, private vehicles...

Repairs chargeable to them is given, pero yung abala sa owner paano naman diba? You just want to comply and register your vehicle.

Problema sa mga sites na ganito, dami balasubas na staff. Kesyo ba required, barubal na yung trabaho.

Dapat sa test, kasama yung owner. Ipapaubaya mo lang sa kanila sasakyan mo? Eh most of the staff can’t even pay for repairs if they break something.

sinabi mo pa.. haha.. tsaka sigurado walang mga sariling sasakyan yan kaya di nila alam kung paano talaga humawak ng sasakyan.. dapat yung owner ang mag drive ng sasakyan.. if not, dapat may full liability yung testing center.. kasi kung wala kawawa yung car owner..
