LTO car registration and late registration fees

Pumunta ako sa emissions kanina, 3:30 pm hindi na ako pwede, quota na daw, malas..

Sa umaga pa lang sir quota na sila sa dami ng motorsiklong magpapa-emission. I learned it's better to get emission test early in the morning, go home and come back later at 3 to 4 PM for the registration in LTO.

I get my ctpl days before registration.

Sa Las Pinas? Meron sa harap ng robinson, Sa likod nung furniture store papasok ka maliit na street, wala masyado nagpapa emission. 3pm nako pumunta pwede pa, ako lang ang nag papa emission.

Sa harap ng Robinson, SMILE emission. Yung experience ko last year pa, sinubukan ko ulit, may pila na at may cut off na rin.

Dito na ako nag pa emission, sa tabi ng LANDERS daang hari. Dun sa mismong Phoenix gas station.



Papunta ako EVIA and nakita ko lang sya, sinubukan ko lang. PMVIC sya pero pwede emission lang. 4:30 na ako dumating, pwede pa at ako lang tao. May waiting area pa aircon.

If you can see on the picture, meron na rin LTO Las Pinas extesion sa tabi. For car registration lang and online payment lang tinatanggap (pwede GCash).

the PMVIC along UN ave is always under-utilized. they also have a pilot LTO office there, as well as insurance outlet.

Anyone tried buying CTPL thru GCash? I tried and chose BPI MS but at the confirmation page, it showed my name, instead of my wife's which I entered into the form as she is the car owner so I hesitated to continue. Is this normal and the CTPL will really be issued in my wife's name? I hate to lose 590 kesos.

sa ctpl.ph kasi they ask for copy of OR/CR and they put the name of the CTPL kung ano name sa CR.. and you can also pay via gcash or bank transfer.. pero it's 600+

Input lang ng details from the OR/CR, I don't know if hihingi pa ng e-copy after I confirm, did not continue na kasi. But imo, there's no need for them to get a copy of the OR/CR kasi if false ang details, the buyer is on the losing end.

Last year i tried getting a ctpl Sa i-choose since malapit lang ang ofc nila. Ok naman kasi nilakad ko lang from our village tapos relatively hassle free.

In less than an hour tapos na, may pang kfc o Greenwich pa. [emoji23] iyon kasi ang mga nakabungad sa iyo pag baba mo ng footbridge coming from their ofc.

Tinamad na ako magpa rehistro, pinalakad ko na lang sa Emissions, kasi after a quick calculation, estimate ko 700 lang ang service fee

Magkano CTPL sa kanila? Mas mababa ba kaysa sa LTO compound?

I got my car registration today from the emission guys, print out na rin pala ang recibo like sa driver's license dahil daw ito sa LTMS. So I thought baka pwede na ako na lang next year magpa register kasi online na lang naman and the hardest part actually is the waiting in line at the emissions. Kaso pagpasok ko sa LTMS portal, walang option for car registration.

grabe, it took me 2 hours to have my car reg'd. does it really take this long na nowadays? for the past several years matagal na ang 20 mins - partida pa iyon kasi may kasama nang pa-etching nila manong dati.

and parang photocopy na lang pala ang or/cr ang issue ng lto. and of course, wala na din pala stickers. to be fair nag mura ng P200 i think. pero wala pa din plaka ko. or baka meron na kaso walang tumatao doon sa releasing.

can anyone tell me how mother files are used in transfer of ownership? pano kunin?

For example, LTO east ave originally registered si car. So I just go to LTO east avenue and request for the car's mother file?

What I normally do is process the transfer of ownership where the mother file is. Then upon renewal you can do it sa nearest LTO, plus 100 lang sa first renewal. This is when the mother file is within reasonable travel distance from your location.

Ang weird ng system ng LTO sa PMVIS (or probably sa lahat ng LTO offices). Kailangan mo itype sa LTMS portal sa computer nila yung password mo para maprocess nila renewal. LOL. At grabe sa mahal transaction fees kung online payment via GCash, BPI, etc. Php 120+.
