Issue ko dito sa “extended” deadline is expired na mga TPL issued last year. Lalo yung nga vehicles na walang comprehensive at TPL lang talaga meron.

Oh well may nakagamit ba ba ng TPL sa inyo?

Haven't use TPL always comprehensive which includes excess third party liability. I hope LTO will consider comprehensive insurance with excess TPL and will not get anymore compulsory TPL.

I'm skipping it with my garage queen, I save money no matter how small, it's a calculated risk based on statistics plus limited usage due to the pandemic.

Yes, sorta. 300k PD/BI is about as high as they go on TPL+(no OD). But, pretty sure others can do the same. I've seen PD+BI coverages higher than 300k on those w/ OD & AoG.

Some emissions centers and MVIS offer this. May TPL na din sila.

Kwento ko lang. One time, may babeng nakapila yung car niya for emissions test. After obsering the car ahead of her na pinasok yung sensor sa tambutso, sabay pose ng technician para dun sa upload camera, sabi niya:

"Kuya, nakapatay yung makina nung kotse, paano ma-measure yung exhaust nun?" Everybody just smiled.

that's probably one reason why so many of these emissions testing facilities have been forced to close down.
one other reason, might be the adobe photoshopping that they do, so that even non-appearing cars get favorable emissions test results.

I availed the service from a neighbor recently. Costs around 1.5k more kesa kung ako maglalakad.

My "fixer" offers me 3k all in non-appearance for car registration renewal. I ask why the price is so high and he told me that's the rate inside LTO that they need to give of course they need to earn also maybe 500 for them.

according to LTO in google,
"9" is extended to november.
there is no mention of "0".

from what i understand, we have a choice between the new MVIS and the traditional emissions test only.
while the traditional testing is, i believe, that which is available about the neighborhood of the LTO facility, we have to research where the convenient MVIS is.
i imagine, mahaba ang pila sa emissions tester beside the LTO. someone here mentioned he spent 3 hours to have his car processed in the LTO.
in the MVIS at UN ave manila, walang pila when i went last week.

Not sure ha pero I think pwede 0 until Jan. Try ko reg yung 0 ko this Nov kung tanggapin.

btw, any idea how to check if your vehicle has an mmda hit? hindi gumagana iyong "may huli ka" feature ng website nila eh. nadali kasi iyong kapatid ko ng illegal parking kaya gusto ko i-check kung meron mga sasakyan ko

i think he was told by the lto to settle his penalties w/ the mmda 1st before he could proceed w/ the reg process.
