if the expiration of the license falls on a Sunday, kelan pwede magpa-renew? before or after the expiration?

Before.

tsaka pwede ba magpa-drug test a few days before the day of renewal? para di na pipila sa drug testing centers around the lto... haba kasi ng pila.

1 week before is fine. If you want to avoid the long lines, you can always have your drug-test at a government hospital or any testing clinic away from LTO.

you can renew your license even 1 month before it expires.

kung sa pila.. punta ka sa mga one stop center.. nandon na sa loob nang LTO ang drug testing.. sigurado ka pang hindi ka tatagain.. there's one in Ayala MRT.. it will take you less than 30 minutes.. hassle-free talaga!

Ako nman, nagkamali ng tingin sa expiry date ng license ko, akala ko last april na, yun pala april 2007 pala, wala naman syang sinabi na bawal, pero sabi lang nya sayang nman pera 1 year pa pwede license ko.

Hey Dvorak, thanks for the advice... I went to Ayala MRT this morning around 8:30 am, license renewal was so fast, done in 30 minutes considering na may mga ibang tao na.

Quick renewals din sa Araneta Square, Monumento. Even quicker than having the renewal done at the LTO office a few blocks away.
