Matindi during Christmas, it took me 30 mins to cross an intersection. You could bike 10 kms if only metro manila was not polluted.

It takes me around 20 to 40 minutes depending on the traffic. I go to work at different times. My boss gave up na making me come to work normal hours

Night shift kami ni misis. If 4 wheels gamit namin, we leave home by 9PM. I drop her off at her office sa WWCC sa Shaw Blvd. at around 9:30-9:40. Then I arrive at my office (McKinley Hill) by 10:15-10:30.

Pauwi naman, from McKinley Hill, I leave work around 9:20 AM and arrive home after about an hour, around 10:30 AM.

Bacoor to QC. 3pm to 5pm via edsa. sometimes 3pm to 6pm. xmas season it's 3pm to 7pm.

Qc to Bacoor. 4am to 5am. If I'm really reckless which is rare, 4am to 4:45am.

    45kms each way

It also depends a lot where in Makati you work. My first job I was working in Ortigas and I had no problem with traffic. In my second job I was working in Makati and I would cry myself driving to work because I was so stressed out with the traffic. Umaga pa lang pagod ka na, sometimes it takes me 30 mins to traverse 1 BLOCK ha. No kidding. I don't know the street name pero sa may dela rosa carpark yun.

Gabi trabaho namin ni misis at parehong sa Makati work namin.

Going to work around 8pm, 20-45 minutes Bicutan - Makati
Going home 20-25 minutes Makati - Bicutan

Skyway both ways since lugi sa oras pag service road ang daan.

    Nice thread.

Me 2 stops since hatid si wifey and sundo.

Manila to Ortigas CBD (wifey) then Pasig (Me)

    Morning:

Daily we left the house around 5:30am 40 minutes (relaxed driving ito) nasa office na ako.

    Route:

I prefer EDSA going home, traffic yet moving. After Cubao maginhawa na then build up ulit sa Munoz.
Grabe kasi yang construction ng Skyway sa araneta pag gabi, chaotic sa intersection ng A Bonifacio - Sgt Rivera (Araneta ave). Truck route pa yan ng mga papuntang port area.

I envy those who live nearby their workplace

I thank my Mom so much for insisting that I work close to home. She said Makati or BGC only. Always listen to your parents hehe

Interesting to know other's routes and travel times. I wonder if the government or any other planning agency has made this kind of survey to determine the heavily travelled corridors in the metro.

    My daily grind:

AM: 6:30-7:30 Pasig to Makati (12km) via C5-BGC(32nd)-EDSA-Arnaiz
    - On a bad day (e.g. stalled truck on C5 Kalayaan bridge), +1 or 2 hours
    - Went to work during the APEC holidays, total travel time 15 minutes Pasig to Makati!

PM: 5:30-7:00 Makati to Pasig (18km) via SLEX-East Service Road-C5-Taguig/Pateros
    - Fridays +0.5 to 1 hr
    - I've run out of patience sa traffic and gitgitan sa C5-Kalayaan area that's why I prefer to take the longer route sa SLEX-East Service Road.

Last month nasa zamboanga city ako, pinasyal kami dun nung regional officemate ko.

pansin ko nag iba ang mood niya while driving, I asked what's the problem.

Traffic daw! langya kaming lahat ng sakay nagulat at napakamot ulo

traffic is moving (slowly), heavy na daw ang traffic!

Iba definition nila ng traffic dun, nakupo what more pag asa Metro Manila kayo.

Kaya ayun never daw nila papangarapin mag work dito sa Metro.
