Saan kayo nasita ng pasay traffic enforcer? Beating the Red light ba or entering one-way? Btw, babala po sa mga nagra-right turn dyan sa Tramo/Aurora Blvd. from Andrew's Ave(Resort's World Manila/NAIA 3) mabigla na lang kayo dyan merong nagtatagong Pasay traffic enforcer malapit sa gasoline station. Use the outermost lane in making a right turn or you may pass on the gasoline station para d kayo masita. At one evening time last Dec. kumanan ako dyan d ko napansin eh halos nasa 2nd from the outermost lane na pala ako kasi sa sobrang bagal ng motorcycle na sinundan ko.

IMHO wala, but under MMDA guidelines, they can have the option to confiscate your license plates.

I drive sensibly, obey traffic lights, signs, rules, etc. I can say that "road rules" wise, I am 80% knowledgeable. I will only commit a traffic violation if and when I intentionally do it (kung minsan napipikon din ako) .. or kung hindi ko alam (the remaining 20%). Otherwise, good boy ako sa karsada.

    1. San Lorenzo Tanods along Arnaiz Ave.
    2. Forbes and Dasma deputized security guards.

Both of the above, especially the San Lo tanods will look for anything to issue a violation ticket.

I have some experiences on this before, normally for enforcers i just tell them that im a "law-student" and confiscating license is not allowed in our laws. Normally they back off and give me a warning lang. etc.

Yes dont allow them to capture your license, but my question is - usually they ask for your license, probably to check if its not expired, for documentation purposes, etc, but once its in their hands, what if they dont return it to you ? SO when they ask for your license, is it ok to just "show" it to them, rather than giving it?

Hinabol na ako nyan one very late Friday night (or very early Saturday morning). I fetched my wife at Greenbelt and upon turning onto North Drive to cut through Landmark/Glorietta to get to Ayala Ave, there were parked jeeps near the corner so i took the second lane to turn right. After passing Glorietta 3 and nearing the 6750 stoplight, i noticed the lights of an Isuzu Dmax pickup sticking to me and trying to pass me but naipit siya as i kept my lane and then i saw an Ayala Center sekyu signalling me to pull over as I was turning onto Ayala Ave. Since it was all green lights, i just left the SOBs behind.

Ampch, on a traffic-less late night/early AM, they're still going to bother me for turning from the second lane when they don't even touch the jeeps and waiting cars parked on the road.

Illegal counterflow daw. From Neptune St. corner Salamanca St., nag left ako papuntang Salamanca St.
Pinagpipilitan ng enforcer na nag counterflow ako kahit na hindi naman ako nag go against the flow.

July 11 - Punta sa Adjudication section sa Makati City Hall 7th floor. Fill-up ng form, photocopy ng OVR, then schedule ng hearing (7/25). Less than 10 minutes lang ito.

July 25 - Update ko kayo ano mangyari.

    kamusta results ng contest mo?

its my turn naman sa makati adjudication... tagal na pala nito thread na to... but this time, we are now equipped with a dash cam and ready to prove they are wrong...

    questions

    1. worth it ba maki pag contest vs sa time na mawawala sayo? (1 day absent sa pag file ng complaint and 1 day absent din sa hearing)
    2. hindi ba bias ang hearing kase pareho sila (traffic enforcer and adjudication personnel) sa side ng gobyerno which is oppressive sa mga tax payers? (buti na lang may 8888 hotline na)

i knew these MAPSA were unprofessional, and for the 1st time a Binay has commanded 600 of them for re-training (para hindi sumabit sa standards ni digong)
