Help! Illegal parking violation in province

Hindi kasi ako familiar sa lugar. Along highway tapat ng kinainan namin. Nachambahan lang siguro. Galing din kasi kaming Baguio, na usual magpark along streets lang. Kala ko pwede din. Sa San Juan La Union ako naticketan

May illegal parking pala doon? I was there at San Juan a few weeks back and parking is a problem for resorts out there. The main road is lined with cars causing traffic congestion. Even at Kahuna where we stayed, they couldn't accommodate all their guests at their parking area. I had to park outside and waited late in the afternoon before I could bring my ride inside their premises.

Ah Kahuna..they really have limited slots for parking there. The area itself is already congested with number of resorts so expect slots would not readily available for you. When we went there for walk-in surfing, we parked our car for 2 hours along the hway just the opposite side of Kahuna entrance and no authorities came to contest it. There's a nearby pay parking though for P50/3hrs but preferred not to avail.. I chose the free parking instead

Maybe they came up now with a new policy, illegal parking on the side streets..

I'm from La Union thou hindi taga-San Juan kahit papano kabisado ko ung area. San exact location kayo nahuli sir? Sa Sebay ba sa surfing area?

Yung highway sa tapat ng FlotsamJetsam dun kasi kami nag stay. Then same road lang may mexican burrito place na kinainan namin bago bumalik ng Manila. Dun ako nagpark and naticketan.

I see...mjo stiff po yta kasi ung parking sa gilid nun tapos natyempuhan kau ng police/enforcer hehe. Cg po pm nyo lang ako.

I hope they have enough appropriate signs for no parking. They do know madami tourists ang dumadaan sa la union.

Actually wala po. Technically bawal po siguro talaga kasi main road. Pero madaming nakapark. I don't know kung naticketan din sila. BTW natulungan napo ako ni sir Vann-O
