Kung sa makati ka ulit mahilu siguro accept ng MAPSA pag pinakita mo ung ticket, pero pag sa ibang lugar ka mahuli baka dagdag hassle ung wala ang license.

pinara ako dati sa julia vargas for a traffic violation tapos kinukuha ung driver's license ko. nung tinanong ko bakit ang MMDA hindi kinukuha ang license pero sila pwede, ang sabi na lang sa akin ganun daw talaga pag TE ng LGU ang nakahuli. buti na lang pinalusot ako nung napansin nyang hindi ako maglalagay at malapit lang sa opis namin ung opisina nila.

kinabukasan tinanong ko sa MMDA (via FB page) pwede ba talaga kuhanin ng mga TE ng LGUs ang license, pwede raw.

Kanina lang yung g%gong TE dito sa may Ligaya cor. Marcos hiway sa Pasig pinara ako and was accusing me of making a u turn on a no u turn street. Pano ako maguuturn? I came out from our office compound wherein you have to make a left turn if you're going to Marcos hiway. Before reaching Marcos Hiway the guy flagged me down, alam ko naman na wala akong nagawang mali, tinanong ko siya bakit, nag u turn daw ako eh bawal nga mag u turn along A. Rodriguez Ave. Kumulo ang dugo ko, sabi ko paano ka nakasigurado eh galing ako sa office namin? Eh yun daw nakita nya, hinamon ko sya, bakit di mo tanungin yung mga sasakyan sa likod ko kung talaga nga bang nag u turn ako. Nakipagtalo pa rin kaya I really lost it, sinigawan ko na lang ng PUt$ng 1na m0!

Iniiwasan ko yung lubak dati and nakita siguro ng MAPSA na mukhang pa-swerve yung car ko... Ipinara ako and was accusing me of U-turn din pero pag explain ko na galing ako Rockwell at may iniiwasan lang ako na lubak (or was it yung waterfall galing sa bridge... can't remember), pinaalis na ako.

Dati sa Maynila in front of Lucky Chinatown, traffic was not moving so i decided to make a U-turn and go back to Abad Santos instead. Ayun, pinara ako ng TE na walang ginawa kundi magtago at magabang (bigla nalang lumitaw galing sa mga store sa tabi). I did not give my license and drove off after giving him some "nice words".

Sa Chinatown Mall nahuli na din ako last month. I made a u-turn sa bridge. Hindi ko alam if mali ba talaga hehe we ended up arguing. Buti nalang may dvr ako and he wasnt wearing his helmet. Sabi ko hulihin niya muna sarili niya bago niya ako hulihin hehe

Update on my ordeal earlier today, sa inis ko di na ko natuloy sa pupuntahan ko, when I turned to A. Rodriguez Ave. from Marcos hiway, I saw the A$$h013, apprehending (possibly mulcting) a jeepney, sa inis ko binusinahan ko ng tuloy-tuloy, then parked in front of the jeepney and waited kung ano gagawin nya he let go of he jeepney, then while looking at me he walked towards his motorcycle at which point I proceeded to drive straight to our compound gate which was about 300 meters away, when I got to the compound I instructed the guards not to open the gates for me cause I was waiting for him to follow cause I really wanted to confront the TE, 2-3 minutes passed and nothing happened so I decided to drive to my suking talyer which is about 50 meters further from my office, it was where things got interesting, when I get out of the car I usually have a little chitchat with the owner, so today I told him about the a$$h013 TE that I encountered nearby, then I noticed that he was looking at someone outside the gates of the shop, when I turned my back it was the f**k**g A$$h013, we had a shouting match, he wanted me to get out of the shop to talk to him, sabi ko p*t*ng i*a mo! Ikaw lumapit sa akin dahil kaw me kailangan sa akin! At which point, the shop owner's son stepped out from the office to look at what the commotion is about, as soon as he saw me really mad he approached the A$$h013 and talked to him, a few seconds later the shop owner himself followed his son. As for me, since kaibigan ko rin yung mga mekaniko dun I shouted "handa nyo na yung mga tubo nyo, sapakin nyo yung hayop na yan!" at which point everyone just stopped working and just picked up whatever they can use as a weapon. I can see that the A$$h013 was getting scared! Even the shop that sells hydralic hoses across the street noticed the commotion and the owner and his staff stepped out of their store. After a few minutes, the A$$h013 just left ang sabi nya dun sa anak ng may ari ng talyer eh pasensya na daw ako sa pangyayari. After everything, I talked to the folks at the shop, kaya rin pala natakot, sinindak nung anak yung TE. Told the TE that if he doesn't get his act together then we are gonna call one of our drinking buddy in the talyer who happens to be the uncle of the current Vice Mayor of Pasig and get him fired on the spot. Ayun napunta sa leeg at itlog ng mokong.

pag mmda nakahuli sayo, sa bangko ang bayaran nyan kasi usually nde nila pwede i-confiscate ang driver's license.
pag LGU TE, dun mo sa opis nila kailangan tubusin ang lisensya mo.
