Got a ticket for the first time. Tips? Guidelines? What to do?

Update on my ordeal earlier today, sa inis ko di na ko natuloy sa pupuntahan ko, when I turned to A. Rodriguez Ave. from Marcos hiway, I saw the A$$h013, apprehending (possibly mulcting) a jeepney, sa inis ko binusinahan ko ng tuloy-tuloy, then parked in front of the jeepney and waited kung ano gagawin nya he let go of he jeepney, then while looking at me he walked towards his motorcycle at which point I proceeded to drive straight to our compound gate which was about 300 meters away, when I got to the compound I instructed the guards not to open the gates for me cause I was waiting for him to follow cause I really wanted to confront the TE, 2-3 minutes passed and nothing happened so I decided to drive to my suking talyer which is about 50 meters further from my office, it was where things got interesting, when I get out of the car I usually have a little chitchat with the owner, so today I told him about the a$$h013 TE that I encountered nearby, then I noticed that he was looking at someone outside the gates of the shop, when I turned my back it was the f**k**g A$$h013, we had a shouting match, he wanted me to get out of the shop to talk to him, sabi ko p*t*ng i*a mo! Ikaw lumapit sa akin dahil kaw me kailangan sa akin! At which point, the shop owner's son stepped out from the office to look at what the commotion is about, as soon as he saw me really mad he approached the A$$h013 and talked to him, a few seconds later the shop owner himself followed his son. As for me, since kaibigan ko rin yung mga mekaniko dun I shouted "handa nyo na yung mga tubo nyo, sapakin nyo yung hayop na yan!" at which point everyone just stopped working and just picked up whatever they can use as a weapon. I can see that the A$$h013 was getting scared! Even the shop that sells hydralic hoses across the street noticed the commotion and the owner and his staff stepped out of their store. After a few minutes, the A$$h013 just left ang sabi nya dun sa anak ng may ari ng talyer eh pasensya na daw ako sa pangyayari. After everything, I talked to the folks at the shop, kaya rin pala natakot, sinindak nung anak yung TE. Told the TE that if he doesn't get his act together then we are gonna call one of our drinking buddy in the talyer who happens to be the uncle of the current Vice Mayor of Pasig and get him fired on the spot. Ayun napunta sa leeg at itlog ng mokong.

Pagnabigayan ka ng ticket dahil sa violation, confiscated din ba license? diba may certain instance lang na pwedeng makuha yung license mo?

Afaik, bayaran mo lang kung magkano ung violation mo based sa ticket pwede sa bangko.

pag mmda nakahuli sayo, sa bangko ang bayaran nyan kasi usually nde nila pwede i-confiscate ang driver's license.
pag LGU TE, dun mo sa opis nila kailangan tubusin ang lisensya mo.

pano po ba malaman kung MMDA officer ang nanghuli sakin or LGU na? This is the second time I am fined and I was under the impression na dapat hindi nila kukunin ang lisensya mo and babarayan mo lang sa bangko yung fine para tapos na.

make sure na ung ticket na iissue sayo ay hinde putol ung receipt number ata un sa taas nang ticket, first time ko naticketan gawa nang yellow lane violation way back 2010 siguro yun, pagpunta ko bangko ala ako maisulat na number kase naputol nga receipt number kaya ayun nagpunta ako nang mmda sa guadalupe, tapos ang hassle pa, hindi pa nailagay sa system ung violation ko kaya pumunta pa ako sa records section at hinanap pa ung original reciept, sobra hassle undertime pa sa opis taht time hayysss. . .

kadalasan MMDA makikita sa EDSA tama ba kase dun ako nahule date, tsaka hindi dapat confiscado lisencya.
the rest naman ung LGU basta hinde naka blue uniform(w/c is MMDA) at kadalasan may mga city ordinance na violation per district na dagdag dun sa usual violation like(beating red light, etc) sample ung tinted plate number cover glass, nasita kame sa makati, bute mabait naman ung TE nadaan sa pakiusap, tsaka confiscado licensya mo at tubusin mo sa city hall. . . correct me nalang if i am wrong. i'm just basing it nalang yan sa observation ko.

Question lang kasi 1st time ko naflag down ng enforcer. Kanina kasi galing ako new york cubao tapos nag turn right sa edsa southbound para mag uturn sa my intersection doon sa aurora. Maya maya lang may mmda na pumara sa akin. Violation ko daw nasa yellow lane ako at dapat daw nilagpasan ko yung fence bago ako mag right turn ng edsa. Yung fence kasi nasa 3rd lane na from right side so parang swerving naman pag ginawa ko yun. Kinuha nya yung license ko at kunin ko na lang daw sa guadalupe. Nung sinabi ko na taga olongapo ako (ayun nakalagay sa lisensya ko pero dito na ako sa qc nakatira) sinoli nya at pinaalis na ako.

Kapag na flag down ba kailangan ipakita yung lisensya sa enforcer?

Wala ba sila kinukuha doon at baka mamaya pag nag renew ako magkaproblema ako?
