Guys m new here. I just converted my non-pro to pro license this week. But I tell u, it was a very frustrating thing to do!

I went there wednesday afternoon at around 1pm. I got my license thursday 3pm!!!! Grrr!!!

The exam was a joke because you already know the answer before hand. You can get 'leakage' from anyone there, and they'll teach you the answer during the lecture portion. The test drive was so pathetic! You drive 5 meters forward and 5 meters backward on a crappy owner that wont shift to 2nd gear!!!

Oh, this experience was so frustrating. I'm not looking forward to renewing my license in 2007. The LTO is such a joke. No wonder there are so many dumb drivers out there!
