hehehe yan kasi ko 16 nagka-student permit, non-pro nung 17-till now...kaya legal :D

I'm not sure kung hihingin yung pinas drivers license ko pag nag apply ako ng US drivers license. Dun po sa mga may US driver's license, kelangan bang merong ka pinas driver's license pag nag apply ka US DL?
tnx

try this:
make sure your faked license has more than a year before it expires
apply for new student permit / license with correct birthdate
LTO will discover this and invalidate your new license, but not the old one
surrender your new license to LTO. you will be barred from applying again for 1 year. doesnt matter because your old license is still valid hehehehhhe
wait 1 year
reapply for a new stude permit / license

In addition to the suspension, pwede ka bang kasuhan ng "perjury"?

I think Psylocke's suggestion will work, kasi....
hmmm..... this is what I remember when I came back from abroad for good.
My license was already expired for more than 3 years. I tried applying for a new one thru a student permit. When I applied for a new one, binago ko yung home address ko, since hindi na ako dun nakatira. But LTO came back to me with my application stamped "double lic." meaning double license. I was just asked to pay the fine and my DL was released/renewed, with my current address indicated on my new DL.
Now I'm just not sure kung mapapansin nila yung birth date mo.
