Double standard pa rin si Nebrija, whether si Bong Revilla nga or not.

That's my point double standard wala ako pakialam kung nagsasabi ng totoo or hinde si Revilla.

Givien na yan mga VIP mga entitled pero bakit nawala yun projected image ni Nebrija na no non-sense, strict no special treatment siya.

Na lilipat nanaman yun issue eh.

Lalong kukulo yung dugo ng mga motorista seeing those vehicles pass that lane while everyone else is stuck in traffic. Looks like they don't want to displease the gods.

Meron talaga mali si Nebrija tapos yun budget pa nila haharangin ni Revilla.

If binigyan ng ticket tapos usapan and Nebrija will be a hero and can run for sensor sa next election.

    Wala eh, Double standard

You can see gano ka baluktot ang ugali ni Revilla, idadamay budget ng MMDA dahil nagalit sya. Hindi tinuloy dahil nahimas masan.

Not only Top Ranking Gov't Officials. Included yata ang mga diplomatic and Red plates.

i still see a lot of them use the edsa Bus Carousel.

I've never been in awe of celebrities.

There's a saying sa salitang kanto, but rings true:

"Kahit sino pa yan, their poop stinks like everyone else's..."

Reminder of how the old style bus lane used to work.

Busses used to load and unload wherever they wanted.

And yet some people want to get rid of the bus carousel.

Corralling them into the middle of EDSA was the best thing to come out of the pandemic.

I read the article. Doesn't say included ang diplomatic and red plates. In fact, for top govt officials, it's only for the Pres, VP, Senate Pres, House Speaker and Chief Justice that the busway courtesy is extended to. Plates 6, 7 and 8 aren't automatically included.

in the 70s and 80s, during the martial law era,
buses and pujs DID load and unload only in the designated areas.
the kundoctores were hard pressed to close the doors once outside the designated areas; dito nag-start yung remote-operated bus door closer and opener.
alas, the practice slowly disappeared afterward, with no one taking charge to ensure that the good practice was kept alive.

bus companies went thru the trouble of installing bus doors. who would dare go against authority, back in those days!
initially, the conductors were charged with closing and opening them. just imagine, tatakbo sila pag palapit na sa bustop, and they would stay there until passengers finished alighting and getting on. then they would close the doors and go about collecting fares...
then someone came up with mechanical lever-operated doors, controlled by the driver. the levers ran from the door hinges to the driver's side control arm, under the bus floor.
later on, power doors na sila, like what we have now.
i am waiting for automated bus fares atbp, 'ala HK...
