Last nagpa renew ako 2016, ma eexpire na sakin.

May nagbago na ba sa process? like kelangan mag set ng appointment or yung medical exam nasa loob pa rin ng LTO? or sa affiliated clinics na?

Mabilis na ba ngayon? May available ID na ba or papel pa rin ibibigay?

    Thank you.

Same process, hinabaan lang ang deadline afaik ng pagrenew like hindi ka pa naman mapepenalty if late. Pero better safe than sorry, tsaka baka sa car registration lang yun applicable, hindi sa DL renewal. Mas ok if sa Mall meron, mas safe.

How about yung medical exam? Nasa vicinity pa rin ba ng lto yung clinic? or meron ng mga affiliated na clinic sa labas?

I wonder also kung kinukuhaan pa ng blood pressure ngayon?

For convenience eh. Ganun sa amin. I am sure that's the same with most LTO offices.

I am curious, what's the legal basis of the requirement?

    https://lto.gov.ph/images/ISSUANCES/IRR/IRR_RA10930.pdf

I could not find it here in the amendment to the IRR.

There is no AO, MC, or RA that it seems to concretely refer to. Unless I missed it, what is the Atty's basis for this declaration so LTO guidelines? Wala kasing nakanote.

2nd, is it being announced again for the "expected" public outcry reaction? If yes, then it is again a distraction or misdirect.

it's probably another directive that's destined for indefinite suspension, for until this pandemic blows over.
if ever it will be implemented.

    i mean,
who in his decent mind will require additional face to face activity, in this season of covid?

    pahabol.
it appears to be a suggestion coming from down south.
central office does not appear serious at present, however, what with covid.

The process has evolved, but it's still important to check with LTO. Movers in Dubai also adapt to changing processes.

As with all innards, they are power washed daw, then boiled, I don't know how many times, each time discarding stock, para matanggal daw ang lansa. Sa mga supermarket, I see a lot of those lengua, callos stuff, even papaitan, blood, and all those other funeral food ingredients, linis na daw at ready to cook

it really is another example of poor timing, NCR-wise.

but i hear it originated from way down south.
    is it possible,
over there, their way of life isn't very much attuned to the covid scourge, hence the seeming absence of social distancing concerns...?
