edsa bus lane so efficient so flowing kaya gusto dumaan din ng motorycles & private cars. Yung new penalty is just pera-pera. why not impound for 1month para talaga one less vehicle sa kalsada. Kahit naman isuspend mo lisensya eh makakadrive pa din sa gabi or sa ibang lugar yan. Pinaka the best is confiscate the vehicle para hirap na agad.

my take on impoudment,

the impounding office is responsible for the well-being of the vehicle impounded.
they may be sued for damages incurred during the incarceration.

impounding is probably reserved for the more heinous offenses or for repeat costumers..

Dami kasi side road sa edsa mahirap lagyan ng elevated lanes. Meron naman skyway kung me pera pambayad.

Mas realistic na ang penalties. Although the ultra rich can still afford it, kaya huwag kayo bubuntot sa mga sports car. [emoji16]
