    Here's what I got from researching some more:

    However, the main thoroughfares of EDSA, C5 and Macapagal Ave. passing through Makati and Pasay are exempted from the UVVRP during the window hours of 10:00am to 3:00pm. The UVVRP is automatically suspended on regular and special holidays for all cities in the metro.
    So, if I'm going to MOA via Macapagal or EDSA, they cannot apprehend me right?

    paano kaya kung sa Airport (NAIA) pupunta? meron kayang coding window na 10am-3pm doon? papasundo kase ako sa friday pero coding yung kotse ko.
