    AFAIK sa Mandaluyong pwede yung 10:00AM to 3:00PM exemption.

    Ang wala lang 10:00AM-3:00PM exemption is Makati and San Juan

    As much as possible I don't want to bring my car on color (number) coding days to Makati. But if I really need to, I avoid these areas dahil siguradong huli kayo:

    1. Makati Ave cor. Kalayaan - Front of North Park
    2. Kalayaan Ave. going to C5 - right after the Ft. Boni entrance
    3. Buendia flyover ramp to EDSA/Ft. Boni - right after Paseo
    4. EDSA cor Buendia - Shell gas station

    Sa Mandaluyong naman:

    1. EDSA cor Shaw Intersection (ibabaw)
    2. Entrance to Pioneer tunnel from Boni (both entrances)
    3. EDSA cor Boni - near Caltex gas station
    4. Boni cor Barangka Drive (right after Mcdonalds)

    ....may 10am-3pm window ba dito sa ortigas/pasig area? sa smpc kasi opisina ko eh hanggang 2pm lang ako ngayon. bale daan ko pag labas ng opis is san miguel ave. goin to shaw tapos c5 na pauwi.

    ...straight coding ba sa mga dadaanan ko? down kasi mmda site kaya di ko malaman eh.

    Mandaluyong-Makati area yung straight coding....kung tatawid lang main roads like Edsa or Shaw e di naman hinuhuli.

    ...mandaluyong straight coding? dadaan pa naman ako ng san miguel ave kaso maikli lang naman, basta maka-abot lang ako ng shaw safe nako.

    ...oh well, didikitan ko na lang yung mga oto pag trafik para di masilip plaka ko.

    alam ko makati and san juan lang straight coding. nakadaan na ko ng mandaluyong ng lunch time before. if u really want to be sure, text MMDA [space] Your question/comment and send to 2947 (trust me, this works. although minsan matagal magreply). or call their hotline at 136.
