i called up MMDA Metrobase awhile ago to confirm this. sabi nung nakasagot sa akin ay pwede ka hulihin base sa conduction sticker unless na meron ka papakita na permit from LTO na ongoing yung processing ng plate mo.

kung walang plate pa sa republic of makati, last digit ng condustion sticker ang ginagamit para sa coding.

Yup, that is the new plan for the UUVRP.

But personally, this will not have any "feelable" effect on the traffic in the metro simply because the UUVRP has gone on for too long. Everyone already has a "spare" car to use on their "coding" day of their regular car.

Haha! What a hell of a stopgap measure. Yun stop gap, naging permanent.
I remember that this was supposed to be temporary to give time for MMDA to build more roads and make sense of our traffic flow.

Wala na bang maisip yun bagong chairman?
