February 7th, 2011 08:29 PM #102According to MMDA website FAQ:
The cities of Makati and Las Piņas do not implement window hours. Thus, number coding is strictly implemented from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.
Which is correct? Thanks

August 6th, 2011 04:59 PM #107Hi po, new driver here. I have some questions po about number coding.
Diba it starts at 7am and ends 7pm, though may window hours 10-3pm in some areas. Just to verify po, safe naman mag drive ng 6am to 6:59 am AND 7:01pm onwards in any place dahil tapos na ang coding diba? When I say anyplace, does this include Makati po ba?
Regaring naman po sa nabasa ko po sa website ng MMDA - "Pasay City is implementing Number Coding except on the following roads: Ninoy Aquino Avenue, MIA Road, Domestic Road, Portions of Airport Road, Sales Road, Tramo and portions of Buendia." So ibig po bang sabihin i am free to roam around these areas.
Tapos lulusot sa Domestic Road, kakanan sa MIA, kakaliwa pa-coastal. this should be during implementation nung number coding, anytime between 7am to 10am, may manghuhuli kaya sa kin sa area na yan:
EDSA> airport road> domestic road> MIA road> coastal?

i remember before MMDA would give exemption pass if you have 2 cars registered to the same owner that has the same coding day. meron parin bang ganito ngayon?
