sa harap lang yan diba.. eh sa makati trapik.. so pag nakita na coding yung likod mo.. huli ka din..

imho. walang coding exemption sa makati.
outside of makati, mmda lang ang nag-iissue nyan.

read the fine line color not number, would that mean this makati plates are colored differently...=p
pero bakit nga color coding at hindi number coding, medyo politically incorrect use of term yun.

Because the original idea before was to give each car a colored sticker to be put on the front and rear windshields. And there's a color banned on the streets one day each week. But later, they found out it was more economical to just use the last digit of the plate numbers for this purpose.

at any rate, i suggest that vehicles that smoke belch and with accelerated fuel consumption should be disposed and put to a better use=)
That is the reason why I travelled with my family whenever their is an opportunity when the kids...
