Is this legit? I also saw this being talked about sa GrupoToyota forum.

I'm thinking of getting some para sa mga service sa office.

Hehe mahina lang yata sa pag-construct ng sentence yung nagbebenta. It should say "Color coding exemption" OR "No color coding".

Makati's Pride (Centennial Celebtration) Commemmorative Plate, a joint project
of LTO, DTOC and Makati Police, is now available. This plate is honored anywhere
in Luzon and most importantly, Makati.
    E ano naman ang DTOC?

read the fine line color not number, would that mean this makati plates are colored differently...=p

pero bakit nga color coding at hindi number coding, medyo politically incorrect use of term yun.

Because the original idea before was to give each car a colored sticker to be put on the front and rear windshields. And there's a color banned on the streets one day each week. But later, they found out it was more economical to just use the last digit of the plate numbers for this purpose.
