"Worry Free..!No Color Coding Exemption courtesy in Makati"
No color coding exemption?, means that the plates are not exempted in the color coding scheme.
read the fine line color not number, would that mean this makati plates are colored differently...=p
pero bakit nga color coding at hindi number coding, medyo politically incorrect use of term yun.
Tulog yata yung gumawa ng ad nung tinuturo English sa kanya nung High School! hahaha!![]()
Because the original idea before was to give each car a colored sticker to be put on the front and rear windshields. And there's a color banned on the streets one day each week. But later, they found out it was more economical to just use the last digit of the plate numbers for this purpose.
hehehe peace=)
at any rate, i suggest that vehicles that smoke belch and with accelerated fuel consumption should be disposed and put to a better use=)
