i see no logic in why makati should have its own coding schedule.
    Product of People Power Revolution.

Aquino government de-powered the MMC and transferred most of their rule-making power to the LGUs, hence the LGUs are allowed to set their own street/traffic ordinances.

Is it time to centralize power again? Some might not agree

it's not about how power is distributed.
    it's about common sense.
one coding policy for one ncr.

mabuti sana if makati were separated from pasay city or manila city, by a few kilometers of roadway...

So that means, EDSA observes the general UVVRP and you can't pass there even on the portion under Makati, specifically coming down from the North bound skyway Magallanes exit to Glorietta from 7pm-8pm.

In some places there is no coding, because the LGU determined it was not necessary for themselves. How is that different from the residents of Makati and Pasig determining that they have too much road traffic and needing a more stringent coding rule?

Removing the ability of the LGU to decide their local rules for themselves is in effect removing the decision-making power, and thus autonomy.

Common sense aside, forcing Makati to adjust their laws in accordance with our own convenience is unconstitutional.

THE 1987 CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES – ARTICLE X | Official Gazette of the Republic of the Philippines

Section 2. The territorial and political subdivisions shall enjoy local autonomy.

Section 3. The Congress shall enact a local government code which shall provide for a more responsive and accountable local government structure instituted through a system of decentralization with effective mechanisms of recall, initiative, and referendum, allocate among the different local government units their powers, responsibilities, and resources, and provide for the qualifications, election, appointment and removal, term, salaries, powers and functions and duties of local officials, and all other matters relating to the organization and operation of the local units.

Section 5. Each local government unit shall have the power to create its own sources of revenues and to levy taxes, fees and charges subject to such guidelines and limitations as the Congress may provide, consistent with the basic policy of local autonomy. Such taxes, fees, and charges shall accrue exclusively to the local governments.

    Coding question ulit.

Along Buendia yung office ko,. since hangang 7pm lang coding ng Makati, pwede na dapat ako umuwi.

from Buendia to South via EDSA & SLEX - mahuhuli ba ako ng coding?
