EDSA is mostly handled by MMDA with the occasional LGU traffic enforcers.
As long as you stay on the main EDSA road not the service roads going to makati, hindi ka huhuliin ng makati traffic enforcer.

So that means, EDSA observes the general UVVRP and you can't pass there even on the portion under Makati, specifically coming down from the North bound skyway Magallanes exit to Glorietta from 7pm-8pm.

In some places there is no coding, because the LGU determined it was not necessary for themselves. How is that different from the residents of Makati and Pasig determining that they have too much road traffic and needing a more stringent coding rule?

Removing the ability of the LGU to decide their local rules for themselves is in effect removing the decision-making power, and thus autonomy.

Common sense aside, forcing Makati to adjust their laws in accordance with our own convenience is unconstitutional.

Wala yata dyan.. check MMDA site para sa roads na may coding.. or sa LGU.. private road yata yan dona soledad eh.. madalas ang coding nasa major road.. like sa LP, along Alabang Zapote road lang.. wala sa friendship routes

Dadaan ka pa ng EDSA which is covered ng coding. Baka matiempohan ka ng enforcer kung lumabas ka ng 7PM.
