for some strange reason, traffic enforcers would rather let go of a garbage truck pronto, than give him a citation ticket.

in our barangay,
i do not honk my horn, as the garbage truck holds up traffic, as it makes its rounds.
it knows how to park, naman, so's we might squeeze past.
