Mga sirs, just want to ask you saan streets/roads sa Metro Manila na walang number coding. What I know are Diosdado Macapagal Ave. and Andrews ave. is walang number coding. I saw "NC" signages along this roads. If you have knowledge on other roads na walang Coding pa post na lang po. Thanks.

Certain Pasay City roads like the Domestic Road, Andrews road going to terminal 3, Roxas blvd and Macapagal within the Pasay City jurisdiction are exempted from number coding. Off course, If you are coming from Paranaque where NC does not apply you can still reach your destination if you are just going to Pasay.

Mandaluyong City resident here, there is a window period for motorists whose car is coding, the City of San Juan likewise has a window period.

For Makati,
As far as I know EDSA and C5 have window time.

For Window Time
I would like to add
1. Mandaluyong
2. Caloocan

Definitely the Province of Rizal doesn't have color coding (Metro Manila Border Municipalities/Cities)
1. Antipolo
2. Taytay
3. Cainta
4. Montalban

For the case of San Juan, to be honest I am not sure but everytime I go out during my coding days, hindi naman ako nahuhuli. Hindi ko sigurado kung swerte lang ako or may wndow San Juan.

Then again, there is this unspoken rule that Mandaluyong enforcers do not apprehend Mandaluyong city residents for coding violations. Hopefully we can get more confirmation on this, I pass Mandaluyong everyday going to Manila and commuting from Taguig is such a life-sapping experience in the mornings.

UVVRP or UNIFIED VEHICLE VOLUME REDUCTION PROGRAM has a fine of P300.00

MMDA website:
http://www.mmda.gov.ph/penalties.htm

but then again it might be different to other municipalities.

I can attest to you that there is a window period here in our city, and there is no truth that being a Mandaluyong City resident exempts one from being apprehended. I was apprehended a lot of times here within our city limits, peace.

I was in a situation like this a couple of weeks ago. I had to bring my wife to the hospital because she was experiencing some labor pains. Coding ang kotse ko nun, so I had no choice but to use it. We were flagged down sa may Ortigas. The enforcer asked me if I knew na coding ako. I said yes, at tinanong ko sya kung alam ba nyang manganganak na ang Mrs ko at pa-diretso na kami sa hospital? I pointed to my wife's bulging belly, the guy just sighed and let us go our way. Im sure under emergency situations pwede ka ng pagbigyan ng MMDA.
