We were in the area last Sunday... Iyong side from Katipunan >>>> Tandang Sora,- going to Commonwealth - mukhang nagiba na ang mga squatters.... Pero, bottleneck pa rin ang intersection ng flyover... Tingin ko palpak ang design....

Luzon Avenue is one f**ked up road all the way to Congressional Avenue extension. It's a side street but if you are not familiar with it, you wouldn't even know that there is a road there. It's literally filled with people, tricycles, flea markets pot holes and rough roads and all sorts of obstacles. The good thing with this road is it doesn't have any traffic lights so traffic is better going to Congressional Avenue extension as compared to Tandang Sora and Visayas Ave. But I wouldn't pass here at night.

and because of this unfinished portion of katipunan, all trucks are diverted to use the C.P. Garcia Ave leading to its destruction since this was not built for the daily grind of these giant trucks. these trucks would be better off using the c-5/katipunan to commonwealth rather than the CP GArcia/UP route, which also leads to terrible traffic jams at night/and weeekends.
