Pero pag nasa abroad at kailangan inspect ng DMV, sumusunod naman sila.

Ang overhanging issue natin is driver education and discipline (or lack of). Coupled with inconsistent implementation/execution of traffic rules, toleration of MCs breaking the law, etc.

Kapag napunta naman ng Subic, sumusunod naman lahat.. Bakit? Kasi konting mali mo lang, huli ka.

if I remember correctly... their software does not have Jeepneys in the system.

Kaya nga I mentioned na "sana"... Taxi and UV Express manlang i-test nila.
