February 8th, 2021 03:29 PM #204i watched m539 restoration channel sa youtube, he's restoring BMW cars, yung mga year 90's yata na may V12 engines.. sabi nya, sa germany daw you can go to prison for modifying your car! hahaha kaya keep stock ang route nya..
yung lang bosch, nagtitinda ng aftermarket bulbs at horn, pero may naka sulat not to be sold in germany / europe to that effect.. basta may warning
ok naman mag implement nyan pero dapat "practical" kasi nag iiba ang technology. so dapat naka ayon din yung implementation sa "real world" scenario.. maganda lang tingnan sa papel pero applicable ba? kasi up to now may bulok na dyip, bus at trak pa tayo sa daan..
siguro maalis muna yung backyard assembled vehicles.. for level playing field kumbaga..

And dapat mapatupad ng maayos walang "no show" scheme.
Just to share sa pic below, yan lang ang checklist ng inspection for light vehicles dito sa UAE. Karamihan visual lang, i-lift nila to check yung ilalim, then check lang yung brakes. Strict sila sa expiration ng gulong, 5 years. No issue sa aftermarket rims as long na within acceptable limit. 15mins max ang inspection. Required ang inspection from 3 years old cars.
