Currently, only 17 are "active".

Yan problem sa policies natin. Look at the Seatbelt Law, di naman properly implemented. What about drunk driving?

This is compensating for having a small dick.
Trying hard to be a pseudo first world country.
Can't reach developed world status kaya compensate na lang natin sa rules and regulations, talunin natin para baka maging first world country tayo.
So magiging robot mga checkers.
This is another moved by kingkong tugade, this won't last long.

Someone posted from FB na bumagsak daw sa sound level test yung all stock LC200.

Di mabasa maayos yung report kung the FAIL and finding na need to retest yung sound level is for an "LC200" with the post. I am skeptical right now sa claim na all stock and na LC dahil yung photo mismo ng LC is just a "reference photo" diba? hindi yung LC na nagfail, pero kaya niya share supposedly yung report na FAIL.
So I am skeptical muna.
Yung sa Pampanga na MVIC, reply nila din was binabaluktot daw yung story kasi magkaiba "daw" talaga yung brake test results before and after, hindi din sila naningil ng retest fee etc. So as long as may hawak yung MVIC ng video and papers/results, puro pakalat lang for now yung mga lumabas.
Don't know lang about sa Subaru na tinest as FWD. Honestly speaking lang, di ko maimagine pano ka makakatest na FWD lang? so sa front may rollers para dun check yung actual speed vs speedo reading dapat right? pero kung iikot din yung gulong sa likod due to AWD, e di simula pa lang may movement dapat right? Medyo curious ako kung may video sana yung sa Subaru na nasira yung Center Diff panu natest as a FWD yung AWD? Diba to test that is on a "rolling road" ala dyno?
maybe they tethered the rear wheels like this?
as for the LC sana nga may scan nun report ng mabasa .

655dB!

Nice getting the cleaner copy of the report.
Wow! 600+ db. Hindi kaya manual encoding ito onto the report na mag "auto flag" on that database if less than or greater than ng baseline siya to indicate the pass or fail then?
"Nuclear explosions are amongst loudest phenomena on Earth. Their loudness ranges roughly from 240 dB to over 280 dB. Only the big volcanic eruptions are louder. Explosion of the biggest bomb ever tried was heard at a distance of about 1000 km." (from Google search)
Duda naman ako na "kaya" ng meter nila sumukat ng 600+ db for no reason na any rational testing would never reach.
need daw mag test with both tire roller pag 4wd or AWD vehicle..
Pag AWD yung axle that's not being tested kelangan nakapatong din sa rollers. Problema yung machine ng MVIC doesn't have adjustable rollers like pang dyno, so at best they'll need to use those portable ones na parang dollies.
Check out this picture.
The way the rollers are, there's no way to allow the non-tested axle to freewheel.
This is how AWD vehicles should be tested:
I'd rather have incremental improvements sa MVIS than very ambitious leaps tapos kulang sa expertise ang checkers.
Walang gamot sa katangahan or kabobohan!
