I would have to agree with the others ... take a lesson first from a competent instructor.
The fact that you don't even know how to hold a steering wheel means that you don't know what are the things you have to do before you drive off. You're putting yourself, and most importantly - others - at unnecessary risk from your inexperience and lack of (driving) education.
We'd love to help you with your problem, but there are things that are best done in person. There's nothing like an instructor seated besides you, who can see your mistakes in real time, and has the capability to take over the controls if you make a serious mistake. Those are some of the things that a car forum, google or youtube can't do for you.
