February 14th, 2012 08:05 PM #1Issue lang,
Had the car registered for the first time outside the 3 year initial LTO registration.
Apparently, this must be done where the car was first registered. So super kami nalayuan (South --> Valenzuela LTO Office).
Hindi na check ng driver namin at nakulangan ng letter yung street name namin. I don't think it could be mistaken for any other street, but should we have this corrected? All the other info is correct though, including the name of the owner.
Example of the error:
Quirino, Manila --> Quirio, Manila (The 'n' was omitted)
**Naka indicate sa OR "VM OUT OF ORDER" (Probably meaning that their system was probably down?) and the details were typewritten and not computerized.
Thanks!Last edited by mda; February 14th, 2012 at 08:55 PM.

di big issue yan, ako nga yung binili ko sasakyan dati(2nd hand) mali yung middle digit ng number eh. nung pagtransfer sakin stencile lang yung plaka. after few years nakita ko yung incorrect plate ko sa different vehicle. hehehe. pero same year kami.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
