Been searching for these too before I cleaned my MAF pero wala talaga sa hardware stores sa mga mall. I just used an Electronic Contact Cleaner (Quick Dry). Just be sure it doesn't contain lubricant. Used these on our Vios and another tsikoteer Vios owner, works well.
Pareho lang naman yan sa Electronic Contact Cleaner, renamed lang ang CRC to be idiot-proof.

yung sa isang shop na pinalinis ko they use brake cleaner. qucik dry din to clean the maf sensor and TB. ok na ok naman, same use lang.

Honestly, I wouldn't risk it. Just google and you'll find horror stories of people using brake cleaner to clean the MAF sensor. Yes it worked for some, but you may or may not be lucky. Ano naman ba ang ~P500 sa Contact Cleaner compared to spending thousands on a new MAF sensor. Peace of mind ka pa sa Contact Cleaner.
