I just asked a Toyota service advisor and he said its ok to add only water for daily top-ups. Accoding to him, everyday use of the coolant+water may result to a bit too concentrated solution. The coolant+water is for after draining the entire radiator.

The normal temp gauge of the Fortuner is on the half way point.
