Yep. This was a 2008 Vios J with over 300,000 km. Guy is fine, no injuries whatsoever thankfully.

He veered off the road and hit a pole and a wall while travelling at around 40-50 kph.

Is he OK? May tatak toyota sa nuo? Batman J models have airbags?

The first batman 1.3J models have driver airbags.

The second iteration have driver and passenger airbags

My ahente's Vios just got wrecked after he fell asleep while driving. Nagising nalang siya when he slammed onto his airbag. Buti nalang nakaseatbelt so no injuries.

need help po, naiwan ko kasi yung key remote sa loob ng car and nag auto-lock sya.
di ko na ngayon mabukasan. nasa akin pa naman yung spare key kaso walang remote yun. natatakot ako buksan kasi baka mag-alarm and hindi ko alam pano i-disarm. baka maistorbo mga kapit bahay kapag nag alarm, gabi na kasi.

pano po ba i-disarm yung alarm?
i have the vios 1.3e, 3rd gen. stock alarm lang gamit ko, TVSS.

use your spare key to open the door.
then, immediately grab the key with alarm remote that you left inside, and press the silence or dis-arm button, to avoid escandalo.
heh heh.

seriously, po. ganyan lang yan.
and no, the car won't explode a few seconds after the alarm blares out.

i don't know with your car, but in some cars, the alarm automatically shuts down, when you open the lock with the key.

yun nga eh, sayang naman IIRC nasa 800php din kasi yung buo.
pero meron akong spare, yun pinaglumaan kaso medyo bloated na yung rubber boot.

Tanong ko lang if pwede ba i-upgrade yung tires from 185/60r15 to 185/65r15 ? Reason is sumasayad kasi yung front bumper sa garahe kapag palabas, need lang ng konting ground clearance... Sakto lang kaya xia at hindi tatama sa fender even fully loaded yung rear ? My car is Gen 2 Vios.

most fwd have McPherson struts. the lower arm keeps the wheels in place. the bushings on the lower arm gets all the beating. a proper shop can check all of these then there tie rods and ball joints.

Di na nagspray ng tubig yung windshield washer.

Sira na kaya motor nun? Pag finull ko yung tubig, the next day wala nang laman.

you obviously have a leak.
that is probably why your washer ain't spraying. there's no water to spray with in your reservoir.
look for the leak.
it can be in the reservoir itself, or it can be in the tubings.
happy searching.

if your motor or wirings and switch aren't malfunctioning, you can hear the motor run, when you activate the switch.

Mukhang pump ang sira. I filled the reservoir to the brim then i tried activating the washer. Wala parin lumalabas na tubig.
