If the checklist is still doubtful, I will try look into the forum thread source but it takes a long time to repost. perhaps who ever posted the checklist kindly acknowledge para di na tayo mahirapan mag-dig up sa threads.

AFAIK TMPC come up that checklist, suitable in MM heavy traffic condition. If you notice item nos 5 in checklist, it says "replace radiator coolant" either 20k, 40k and so forth. It's illogical to replace the coolant when the car mileage reached 100K KM as what you said in your post 10258.

if you're not still convinced to my post nos 10259 then it's your turn to prove me wrong. The burden of proof is now in your side.

these proves my side, thank you so much

inspect at every 40,000 KM for contamination, first replace at 160,000 KM then every after 80,000 km, the first checklist provided was when super long life coolant wasn't even used, thus the old checklist should be revised to the new standards...

save your money and the environment, read the users manual, coolant is not a part of the severe conditions because it is not being contaminated by any other fluid (cooling system is pressurized sealed system) not unless there is a leak...

Thanks to both of you for sharing these infos. Lesson learned...never ever change your coolant when it reached 100k mileage . Case Closed coolant issue kumpanero.

bro 4 liters ang sa vios. may konting matitira mga kalahating baso ng coolant kapag ibinuhos na ang 2nd container (2 lts) sa radiator.
if you don't mind tips for draining & refilling the coolant.
    1. flush the radiator with water -when the coolant is totally drained from radiator, flush it with water using garden hose. to make sure only ma-flush out ang kalawang or small debris inside ng radiator.

    2. Coolant Refill- fill up until coolant is visible but a few inches below cap level of the radiator. Start the engine but don't accelerate. the coolant level will lower as the engine sucks in coolant. Continue to fill with coolant until the level stabilizes then install and tighten the cap.

    3. finally, fill up the plastic coolant reservoir with coolant up to max level only. Hwag punuin ng coolant pls. Goodluck bro.

valve clearance is required to be inspected at 80,000 KM as per users manual, i wonder why casa don't do it (not included in the provided quotation)? no wonder i don't trust then and would rather do it myself...

    Sa mga naka gen2.

Pa compare naman ng likod ng glove compartment niyo.

^Wala ba talagang takip yan?

Alam ko pinababa at nilinis tong aircon namin...so baka mamaya napitik tong cover na to...

try to move the aircon setting from circulate to fresh air and see that thing move... therefore that is the duct for the fresh air and has no cover for it for its purpose... the main cover you can do is the cabin air filter...

I followed your suggestion, tama nga hehe. Nag sasara siya pag galing sa labas yung hangin.

Bali ang intake ng circular motion natin is yung sa paanan ng passenger side.

Guys, sorry to post my question here instead of asking in the Yaris section. I just got my 1.5G Yaris and noticed that the LCD Head Unit that Toyota installed is a bit misaligned. It's a bit noticeable since the bottom part is not symmetrical with the bottom panel. Those that have the new Head Unit LCD display, is this common or normal? Or should I have it repaired by Toyota?

Another thing I noticed is the steering wheel is not centered. Is this normal too or can this easily be fixed?

    Thanks!
