Usually nasa 8 or 9 o'clock position lang thermostat. 11 o'clock kung tanghali.
With the big discounts, I think it is just a matter of time na may lalabas na model full model change similar to what happened to the Camry, P250,000 discount, then may lumabas na full model change in a few months time.. Kaya I intend to get a Vios for the wife habang malaki ang discount. Pag labas ng bago, hanggang P10k uli discount. I already asked for some quotes.
You can get a cabin thermometer for cars sa Concorde. 200 pesos siya. Comfy cabin temp is usually in the vicinity of 24 degrees celsius.
Daya ng facelift may hood insulator na.
Akin wala.

I hadn't noticed.
Drove the car around, hit the open streets, ang bilis talaga ng Vios.
Tapos headed to the gasoline station pinaayos ko yung psi ko sa gulong, 32f, 30r.Tigas nung galing sa CASA eh, I'm betting it's around 37 up.
Break-in? Ano yun.

BTW, I applied the Computer Training sa Vios. The throttle lag was lessened. Pero needs some getting-to-used to pa rin generally. I'd give it less than a week then makakabisado ko na yun totally.

You guys might wanna try, I did it around four times. Then started the car and took it around. From yesterday, I noticed the difference.
From: Vios Club Philippines"I'm not sure if this is applicable sa atin but anyway, I'll share this information with you guys.
If you are experiencing throttle lag issue sa mga GM nyo coming from a full stop, this might help. I got this from a friend who owns a vios and complained about the throttle lag. Unfortunately, he did not get help from the Toyota dealer where he got his new vios and decided to write an e-mail to Toyota Japan out of desperation. Out of sheer luck, he got a reply and advised to do the following.
The procedure:
- Turn your key to the ON position (not just ACC), wait for the various dash warning lights to go out - but do NOT start the car.
- Press your throttle all the way down in one smooth motion - just do it at a normal speed (take about 2-3 seconds to hit bottom).
- Let it up, as soon as you hit the bottom.
- Turn off your ignition and wait 3-4 seconds.
- Start the engine up normally and drive.
May have to repeat 3 times for the Computer Training to complete
this procedure trains the throttle variable switch to the throttle body servo motor. May need to be redone everytime you flash the PCM.
According to the e-mail, this is applicable for all servo motor controlled throttle body, which in other words -- drive by wire throttle body assembly, which how honda calls it.
I have driven a vios 1.3E of a friend and the throttle lag is evident on the 1st gear. After this procedure, it has somehow improved the response and the throttle lag has somehow disappeared. Might as well try on our GM's and see if it works for us too."

Because the Gen 1 do not have drive by wire throttle body assembly.

Most likely. Although I haven't tried it sa FD namin, kabisado ko na naman kasi yun. Etong Vios hindi pa masyado.
Try it, pwede mo naman i-reset kung hindi mo nagustuhan yung results by pulling off the negative terminal sa battery.
Sa Vios kasi, noticeable yung difference. And I doubt na placebo effect lang yun.

By the way guys, can I have the spare key duplicated? Para yung "ulo" niya eh maging manipis nalang? Whenever I leave kasi, I put the my spare key sa wallet. And with the Vios, I doubt it if I could do that.
Will it work? If let's say simpleng duplication lang pinagawa ko.
TIA.
^I believe we have our own relearn procedure on the FD. afaik when you depress the pedal, you hold it for 5 secs then release. That's the only difference.
One more thing,
Ganun lang ba talaga yung preno niya? Parang nahihinaan ako... or sadyang mabilis lang takbo ko kanina. :hysterical:
