Ayos, i'll make some calls tomorrow. Sana mapagawa kaagad.

Re fuel consumption, our avg for the last 3 months is 13.9kpl. Daily sa city on weekdays, tapos probinsya every 3 weeks. Sa cebu nga lng kami ni misis, huge difference sa traffic.

Price update sa front shocks, KYB 3,800 each. F1 1,300 each no specific model, probably oil type. F1 daw yong gamit ng mga taxi.

Any other brand that you can recommend? Problema lng baka hirap din mag source dito sa cebu. Also saw din pala sa site ng KYB na at least by pair ang pagpalit ng shocks.

Thanks bro. Inclined din ako sa KYB. Tataka lng ba't ang layo ng price difference nila, 3 times more expensive cya. 3 times din ba agwat nila sa quality and everything? Or kasama na sa price ung brand name na KYB? :D

Have not heard of that F1 brand. Stay away na lang to be safe. Mahal yung shocks mo kasi strut assembly na yan bilang suspension mo ay Mcpherson strut. Yung mga naka double wishbone mas maliit ang shocks.

Aside from KYBs, you can try Tokico. It is the OEM shock absorber. HTH

Will also call toyota and other shops today. Kung walang Tokico, i'll go with KYB na siguro. Is it okay if I just replace the leaking shock and not both? Unscheduled expense kasi.

    For reference lang baka matulong.

Was able to get 2 KYB front shocks (PN: 333278) * 2.8k each. 1k cheaper than the other stores I asked earlier. Had it installed at a nearby Shell station for 450 a piece. Spent 6,500 in total.

The ride is much much better now, even thought of replacing the rear shocks also. May be sa Christmas break na when bonuses come along :D. I'd say at 180,000kms, the shocks are nowhere near new.

Thanks everyone for the recommendations. Now let's see how long they last :D

It's nice to know na nakakuha ka ng KYB. According to some vios owners, mas comfortable ang OEM tokico shocks compared to KYB pero mas durable ang KYB.
