good day sirs, a newbie here! recently got my innova2016 j diesel (700kms mileage) ask ko lang po if normal lang ba sa innova diesel yung parang may tunog hangin yung cluctch pedal pag inaapakan? normal lang naman siya apakan at wala din prob sa shifting, kaya lang nagtataka lang talaga ko bat my ganung tunog minsan. thanks!

yes seems clutch bearing and maybe bago pa. observe mo lang then have it checked on your first PMS.

i don't know what you mean by "tunog hangin".
but ours (2005) had a light spring-like sound since day 1. it's been over 4000 days now, and the sound is still there.
we have since learned to disregard it.

My only beef with Innova's stick is that it feels like you're shifting (gears of) a jeepney..... Masyadong malaki ang movement and play....

Compared with our Nissan's stick na maliit lang ang movement and play....

(I have not driven a 2016 Innova pala,- is it still the same???)

thanks sir! parang spring like (thanks dr.d) nga yung sound na pag inaapakan eh parang may nahihigop na hangin, baka dahil din sa hydraulics clutch.. usually maririnig na iyong sound after few meters of driving.. nanibago lang siguro ako sir yung metal to metal nyo ba na sinasabi is everytime aapakan ko yung clutch dapat wala ko marinig na ganun? ano po ba indication pag mron nun thanks!

Seems like it's the clutch throwout bearing. These are consumable parts and will wear out in time. If you can hardly hear it, it's still ok. But if you start to hear it vibrate or whine, then it's probably time to replace it.

Good morning.... Be safety lage sa pagmamaneho... My odo now is 64k na from 56k na nabili ko sa 1st owner. Mag 5months palang sa akin. So far smooth lahat. Plan ko ibenta by 2018. Aabutin siguro ng 90k to 95k na ang odo pag ibenta ko na innova e at gas 2010. Kaka change oil lang ng shell helix hx5 15-40w.

Twice na ko nabasagan ng windshield and wala depreciation as per People's Gen Insurance pagka windshield. Participation lang binayaran ko.
