Every 40K KMs is the scheduled replacement as per owner's manual.

As per my experience, you can prolong the life of the air filter by doing religious cleaning once every month by cleaning with pressurized air. This can be done at any gas station and I just usually give 20 pesos for the job as tip.

I can't recall what the manual says but I changed mine before I even reached 20K km. Maruming marumi na kasi at hindi na makuha ng linis by compressed air. P1000 per 20K km isn't that expensive. It's worth it.

Mine is a black Innova G. The first thing I do is to have it apllied with sealant through BigBerts. Kaso sa kalalagay ko ng car cover, which I bought at kasa, nagkaroon ng napakaming swirl mark. Nung pumunta naman ako sa Enchanted Kingdom, nagkaroon pa ng maraming gasgas. Ginawa yatang ikutan nung mga bata na nakasakay sa katabi naming van. Takbo uli kay Bigbert to have them remove the swirls and scratches. Iwas ka din sa mga carwash na nasa kanto lang. Maaawa ka pag kinayod nila yung sides ng Innova mo. I just do washing myself or take it to BigBerts. Hey, congrats nga pala sa new ride mo.

Bro maganda yung 3M Nomad na black. Yung per meter, ipacut mo na lang na kagaya nung orig matting. Mine cost 3.5K for the whole 3 rows including sa back.
