According to our manual "whatever comes 1st. 3 months or 5Km." Ako I follow the monthly PMS since mababa km reading ko.

But wont it be a waste of money ? mababa rin km reading ko.. supposedly nov 2010 pa ako magpa PMS but it hasn't reach 5km yet.

*Kristine123 - not sure with the gas models pero sa diesel meron.

*Overlord001 - IMO, waste of cash lang siya. Just follow yung basic rule when driving a turbo-charged vehicle. "Allow the engine to idle for atleast 1 to 2 minutes (especially after driving at high speed for a long period of time) for the turbo to cool down. Do not rev engine before turning it off."

May turbo po ba ang INNOVA natin?

pre, sa tapat ng yazaki emi....sa may imus...dun sa bandang gate 1....dun kmi nagpakabit ng roof rail, spoiler and bull bars....bought our innova j d4d from dasma last december...hth

Pa install ko na po sana kahapon grounding kit sa innova ko kaya lang advise saken nung electrician wag na muna daw kasi 1yr pa lang at bago pa unit maganda pa daw grounding connections at wala pang effect sa performance ng car. Effective daw yun sa mga older cars na.

Actually its waste of money talaga but its for the engine maintenance, usually pinagagawa ko lang change oil & oil filter then basic check up, baka kasi na mamaya may mga leaks na lalo sa pang ilalim like shocks at syempre yun preno, yan ang pinakamahalagang macheck kahit na lam nating bago pa unit natin minsan talaga may nangyayari na di natin inaakala!
yun ride natin, its just like a baby na masyadong sensitive ang needs.

gaanong katagal po ninyo hinitay ang units niyo? kumuha po kasi ang lolo ko noong Jan. 20, 2011 (if i'm not mistaken.) nangako po kasi yung dealer na "the following week" pero hanggang ngayon po, we're still waiting.

i noticed my brake drum is my "square n bakal" nakadikit sa drum.
check ko sa kabilang side drum wala naman square bakal dun sa kabilang drum,plain lang siya. im thinking bakit hindi magkapareho.
o baka napalitan itong isang brake drum ko.

paki check daw ung mga brake drum nyo kung my both "quare bakal" na parang nakadikit.. sa tabi ito ng stud bolt

i noticed lately sa innova ko, whenever i turned on the aircon sa harap lang di sya gaano kalamig. pero once i turned on yung aircon sa likod malamig na sya then after a few minutes turn off uli yung aircon sa likod and yung lamig sa harap maintained na. anyone who has the same incident?

yung suki ko na ac repair shop told me na kapag dual air ang isang car like our innova suggest nya to always open yung ac sa likod naski walang passenger para free flowing daw ang aircon at iwas bara kasi parati daw dapat gamitin,sa tingin nyo does it make sense?

i always turn my AC in tandem kahit nasa low level lang yung AC sa likod

i think yan yung parang tingga na kinakabit sa mag wheels to balance it,'
so same thing din with the brake drum, nilalagyan nila ng counter weight to balance it. just my 2 cents... ngayon kung bakit yung isa meron at yung kabila wala, eh siguro balanced na yung wala....

I'm really happy with it. Only thing that I noticed was the rattling sound inside the cabin. I think it is coming from the seats. Didn't have time to check it since it's already dark when I took it out from the "stealership".

Also, they didn't give me a warranty card, the SA told me that it will be given on the 1000kms PMS. Is that true to others as well?

Any advise for a new owner like me would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

cjsdaddy is right.. Dapat na kuha mo na yung warranty card when you got your car.

about the rattling shake, i think it's the seatbelt. Clip it on the holder.

Yes sir by month na, pero minsan kung di talaga gamit ginagawa ko mga 4 months then yun PMS kung inbetween ng 5K example 10K & 15K PMS, pinagagawa ko yun mga dapat I-check both 10K & 15K PMS. Medyo magulo sir, just figure it out. Thanks!
