    the Toyota Fortuner is obviously smaller than the Toyota Sequoia (which is full-size), its size is akin to the Toyota 4Runner which is midsize.
    sorry, it's the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

    Fortuner wheelbase 108.3 in (length ??)

    4Runner wheelbase 109.8 in (length 189.0 in)
    Montero/Pajero wheelbase 107.3 in (length 181.8 in)
    Sequoia wheelbase 118.1 in (length 203.9 in)

    there, just to compare.of the 4, the Sequoia is the only fullsize

    Fortuner addtional specs:
    Length = 184.8 inches
    Width = 72.44 inches
    Diesel weigth = 1925 kg
    Gas weight = 1810 kg

    Fortuner is definitely longer and wider than Montero Sports.

    My opinion: You can save on operating cost if you get the 4x2 Gas version. Saving of vehice cost (gas version est. 300T compare to diesel 4x4) , maintanance cost and Insurance cost if you use it for 6 years and average 15T km a year.

    nice car...
    Hmmm... That's kind of an understatement. Anyway, I haven't seen it myself. So, for now, "nice" is a good enough description...

    You can check-out the HiLux Thread... Fortuner & Hi-lux share the same engine, so the consumption shouldn't be that different. The Fortuner looks heavier, though. So expect it's consumption to be a wee bit higher.
