Question po,
Sample sa 1k PMS, papalitan yung Oil Filter, do you guys ask for the replaced oil filter to be returned? Or hinahayaan niyo nalang? Possible daw kasi na ichcharge ka nila sa replacements pero hindi naman ginagawa. Parang proof lang na pinalitan talaga nila. Thank you sa makakasagot.

No need to ask. You can watch the service done at the Quick Service bay if you really want to be sure about it.
If you ask for the filter to be returned, but do not watch them and you suspect the CASA is pulling a fast one on you, how exactly do you know that they are returning to you the one that came from your car?

Your case is the first I've encountered of a faulty Altis CVT. I've got close to a dozen friends with 11th gen Altises with no CVT problems whatsoever. When I used an Altis V last year for a few weeks, I flogged it as hard as I can through provincial mountain roads and the transmission was still responsive and smooth.
Try going for an ECU reset first, and if that works, then you save yourself time and the hassle of bringing the car to the dealer.

Actually i just encountered it recently. Im not sure if that is normal since i am not familiar with CVT problems. But i still need to bring my car to casa for them to check all the issues of my Altis. The rattle noise in my dashboard, tok sound underneath my car, tok sound when turning my steering wheel while driving. So many problems that needs attention. Hayst :-(
But to tell you honestly, i love driving my car. Super enjoy ako.
