MT or AT?
if MT
- i would rather spend a little more replacing all the belts (timing belt, AC belt, Alternator Belt and etc.) plus include the water pump.
- second is to check or fix any oil leaks.
- replacement of PS fluid and check inspect for oil leaks.
- check inspect braking system, clean and replace if necessary.
- check inspect for alignment/camber correction, do it if necessary. of course check inspect the tires kung kalbo na palitan na.
- check inspect, clean AC system and painspect mo maigi capilliary oil minsan sa tagal natutuyuan yan dahil sa kakalinis.
ngayon kung madumi na ang langis mo change oil ka na para sure ka na sariwa yung langis. isama mo na tune up repalce fuel filter, oil filter, air filter and spark plugs. pa check mo na din timing kung okay pa (or if applicable). kung naka EFI palinis mo na din servo/iacv or kung ano man ang tawag sa rolla.
the rest, ikaw na bahala - unahin mo yung mas safe. pwede mo isunod shocks, upper, lower suspension bushiong, tie rod, tierod end, stab link and etc. depende sa kalidad ng kalampag at kain ng gulong.
kung AT - idagdag mo na yung transtech an repalcement ng ATF, make sure lang na ang ipapalit mong atf is same specs as the original atf in the system.
pwede din ipalinis mo na yung radiator mo and by premix coolant para sure ka sa reliability ng cooling system mo.

I agree here. Best to do a general service since you dont know the history and its nice to stary fresh with your new purchase.
If the car still has it's owners manual, read the back portions also to know what has to be done at certain mileage intervals, and the specs of oils/fluids to buy on your own (I usually buy from the CASA or Toyorama in Banawe).
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
