Sir, pag bago start engine mo, antayin mo muna at lest 1 min bago mag bigay ng additional load (like switch on ng A/C). Good practice, upon entering heated vehicles, open all doors to ventilate and exhaust the oven effect of the air inside the vehicle. Switch on the A/C, put to maximum fan (power consumption is almost identical to low as the compressor is also in operation). Upon reaching desired temperature, set to desired fan setting. Sa ganitong para-an, mabilis ang pag lamig ng loob ng sasakyan mo, thus giving the chance for your compressor to function on-off automatically.

Thanks, quote ng Toyota Otis is 120k + 21k for insurance then either 12k for 5 years or 14k for 4 years. Medyo mataas ang cash out, I called Toyota quezon ave to give me a quote too, waiting mode now.

Hello sirs. Pardon my ignorance but what is the difference between retail & lease financing? I saw this on the Toyota website. Is lease financing like rent to own? Why is the chattel mortgage free in lease financing? Thanks!

lahat puro vios, innova, fortuner, hilux, etc..
i guess, they dont promote the avanza as much as other TYT vehicles..
kaya kung discounts at freebies ang habol nyo sir, e gisahin mo yung SA mo
Dahil cguro mabili ang avanza compare to other models kya di na kailangan ng commercials at promo

    sir,

i agree, mas mura mag-car loan sa bangko.
if i only have the money for the 30%dp they were asking before, sa bank na rin sana ako nag loan.

    sir,

as explained sa akin ng SA, rent to own nga ang lease financing. yun kotse will be registerd under the financing services of toyota, leased to the buyer until such time na buo na payment then pwede na transfer ownership.

free daw chattel mortgage pero they still charge you for other processing fees...

for example, yun quotation sa akin kapag retail financing, chattel mortgage is around 20k. kapag lease financing 5k+ lang. then i askd, kala ko free... sbi nila processing fee daw

    sir,

baka sigurista lang ang mga banks ngayon...
almost all banks, 30% dp ni-require sa amin...
baka they based it din sa capability namin mag-pay so they move up the dp to 30, not sure though, baka siguro inisip nila na hindi namin matapos yun payment kaya they wanted a bigger amount of initial cash out...

I think, matindi pala yung haggle namin dun sa agent
