napapansin ko yan sa parking.. basement 3 kasi parking ko.. pag mabagal ang takbo at todo kabig.. parang u turn na.. eh hindi nga bumabalik.. yan eh pag mabagal lang takbo.. pero pag sa highway naman.. kahit u turn ako.. bumabalik naman sya..

*ic3ag3blizz - 600T for 1.5G A/T 1,300 odo.. mura na nga yan.. check mo lang sa casa baka kasi may mga existing problems yan.. may record naman pihado sa casa yan.. regarding sa tanong mo.. sa konsumo sa gasolina.. eh depende kasi yan sa route mo, distance travel at kung trapik or highway.. ako maiikli lang byahe ko.. tapos puro basement parking pa.. malimit pa mag idle with aircon on gawa nang mga bata.. eh maswerte na ako maka 300kms sa full tank.. route is mandaluyong-shaw-makati-mandaluyong.. super bumper to bumper pag umaga.. pero si sir Islaw.. nakaka 500kms yata ang full tank.. laguna-makati-laguna byahe nya.... tapos skyway pa..

That's a relief. Kaya lang, naaawa kasi ako kung bibilisan ko sa U-Turn, parang binibilisan ko ang wear and tear niya. Pero sige, susubukan ko minsan kung babalik. Bibilisan ko nang kaunti.

Tama, murang-mura na yan. Check mo na lang, baka kagaya nung sa akin iyan, mag-search ka muna sa net, baka makita mo kung merong accident news report. Iyung sa akin, na-shoot yata sa kanal, minor bend sa chassis, pero dahil may insider-friend sa insurance (DAW), pina-declare na total wreck, saka ibinenta. Php595 ko nabili, almost 20k na yung itinakbo.

Re: FC, kaya banas na banas ako sa Homeowners' Assoc namin, pinuno nila ng humps ang main road namin!

Ang trip ko everyday halos 9km lang, balikan na iyun. Meron paminsan-minsang mall trip after office hours, so additional 6-7kms lang yun, magiging 15-16km. Nakaka 8-9 km/liter naman ako na FC. Mas magiging consistent sana kung wala nang humps (SAMPU!!! isa bawa't 90m siguro!!!) saka lubak sa daan ng subd. namin.

Bumabalik naman, minsan nga kailangan mo pang pigilan at parang sobrang bilis kumabig, lalo na kapag pababa...

How about yung experience ni Qwerty (basement parking), sir? Di mo pa na-experience sa unit mo yun?

ganyan talaga Mam Jane pag MOD(dulator) na....kailangan tingnan lahat ang pangangailangan ng nasasakupan nyaat lahat kung maaari ma-accomodate nya...swerte mo mo nga...Mod Shadow pag na install na yung door trim mo pwede palit tayo ng unit...

sure kaya lang matatagalan pa ata, ngayon na tayo magpalit, hehehe

met an accident last night in edsa.. in front of corinthians gate

ill make the story short.. there were 4 cars.. avanza was car number 2. Bus number 4 hit van number 3.. and van number 3 hit avanza like three times.. OUCH...

back part damaged.. good thing wala nabasag na salamin. but i could not open the back door.. kahit de-susi ang pag bukas. front part medyo nakausli ung bumper sa right side, tumagas ung tubig from radiator (ubos na ung coolant), hindi na gumagana ung alarm. so far un lang ang alam ko.

but no one was hurt and there is a police report na rin. hassle lng..

OT...until when tyo kukuha ng comprehensive issurance? its costly kasi

may thread na ba sa labas re which is the best issuarance provider, how much, and acts of god included?

Hi n3250, halos dyan din ako nadale las May 3, at 440am. Na cut ng isang bus yung Nine stars taxi and na sideswipe yung avanza ko. The FR door will be replaced pati hubcap. Total damage is 33k. Ayos na LOA ko so pasok na bukas sa TYT alabang. Palit na rin ng carpet. Hassle talaga.....buti na lang I still have my trustworthy elantra, may magagamit pa.

sorry to hear that bro. wawa naman vanzy mo, buti na lang talaga at naka-comprehensive insurance vanzy natin. kung hindi, mahal pagawa.

sir sascha, to answer your question...i think hanggang sa ika-5th year ng vanzy natin, require ang comprehensive insurance (check LTO website na lang, meron ata doon). magkano ba yung comp. insurance mo ngayon and anong insurance company? (if i may ask)

hi, i'm a newbie here in tsikot (but a regular contributor to other non-car forums). this is my first post.

i appreciate all the info here after reading at least the last 50 pages or so. i'm considering the Avanza for my kids' school service. How's the 1.3 / 1.5 AT version's fuel consumption? abot ba siya ng 12km/l city driving?

i'm giving up our 2003 Starex which now gulps around 6-7 kms to a litter. Worth ba decision ko?

TIA for anything that will help me decide soon.

madami naman insurance gurus diyan na pwede mo mapag tanungan sa mga member ng ACP...

sorry guys. cant make it to the fun run tomorrow. I left vanzie sa casa for the 1k maintenance thing... 4pm ko pa makukuha... sayang next time na lang ako join... or sa next na EB kung meron.
