ok po ba ang ino-offer na roof rail ng kid audio... last week muntik na akong magpakabit ng roof rail natakot lang ako kc sabi bubutasin eh sa mga unang posts dito may nababanggti tungkol sa warranty void.
Kayo po ba nagpakabit na? Good deal ba ang 2.3K pesos. Tapos puputulin daw kc ang intindi ko di sya standard para sa avanza.... common sa ibang cars din....

I paid 1.9k for it. side rails lang to, the one which is commonly used by many vans. it's made of alloy yata i think, with black plastic or rubber at both ends.(not sure). i chose this one because it's simple and bagay lang sa vanzy not like some which are posted here. this is my own opinon lang po, nyway kanya2 taste tao and besides yon lang kaya bulsa ko. hehehe! nagkalakas ako ng loob kasi me naunang nagpakabit ganon din pure black naman, innova bagong labas din sa casa. bale ganon din ngyari sa kinabit sa kin pinutulan, kasi yong unang nilagay may damaged yong allloy kaya pinapalitan ko wala na silang available na maikli so nagputol na lang.

sir, eto na mo yun pic, comments na lang if ok. Napansin ko lang parang malapad yung tires, mga 1 inch yung nakalabas sa fender, sabi ng iba ok lang daw yun, sabi naman di daw bagay... comments naman po, the worst di na pwede balik, sabi dugtungan ko na lan yung fender para matago, how muc ba magasgastos?....also as per dun sa tindahan ng mags, yan daw ang bagay sa avanza.

tanung ko lang kung anung pcd measurements etung rims na eto?? what I know with our avanza its PCD 114.3. btw, I like veloci brand na mags. maganda at matibay.

1. Saan ba makakabili or made to order ng leather/leatherette seatcover dito sa Baguio? Galing ako ng ACE, SM pero kulang ang choices. at mejo mahal.

2. Marami na ako nakikitang mga avanza owners dito se baguio.... If somebody has the plan and has the time to organize ([SIZE=4]ABC- Avanza Baguio Club[/SIZE]-okay na ba ito as starter?), count me in. Though Manila ang work ko, every weekend nandito ako....

3. I posted my fuel consumptions last time. Here's another observation. I noticed that if you maintain your top speed at 80KPH, puwede umabot ng 15km per liter ang FC. I also tried cruising 80kph along EDSA, 100-120kph along NLEX, 80-100kph along tarlac-la union and 40-60 kph along marcos hi way, my FC (Average) is 10km per liter. Hope this will help......

I may be wrong, but I think the 1.5G M/T may have better milage than the J. masmababa ang gearing ng J kasya G yata. So for the same speed and gear, mas mataas ang RPM ng J kaysa G.

I'm really glad to have found this forum with tons of info about the Avanza. I couldn't help but join in and hope to get more tips from you guys.

I was just about to buy an APV when I read customer reviews comparing the APV with the Avanza and it seems like the Avanza has always been a clear choice. So instead, I went straight to Toyota Shaw, take a quick look at the Avanza and put in my reservation for the 1.5G M/T.

This is my first time to buy a brand new car, and as much as your experiences has already enlightened me, what could you advise a guy like me should watch out for and should remember not to forget to . I feel like I can trust this guys at TYT Shaw, but any additional tips from everybody would be greatly appreciated.

just ask for a freebies to your SA like tint, seat cover, rustproof, matting, side visor, EWD, umbrella, key chain.........etc......kung anu pwede nya ibigay sa iyo......yung tint, rustproof, seat cover & matting standard na yun lahat ng dealer binibigay yun.

Yung usual na free rustproofing is undercoating lang. Yung 4K na rustproofing i think is yung may warranty card.

Better check kung which is which.

ok naman ang mags mo!, balak ko rin palitan ng magz yong avanza j ko kaya lang di ko sure ang exact size ng gulong at tread thanks (boyitlog) sa picture na share mo. andito kasi ako sa saudi di ko naman matanong ang esmi ko dahil di rin niya alam ang mga parts ng avanza umili ako ng avanza last january 07 kaya lang di ko gaano nagamit one week kasi balik na agad ako rito, taga cagayan de oro kami. so mga co-avanzer bigyan naman ninyo ko ng idea kong anong dapat kong size ng rim & gulong na bagay sa avanza ko. marami kasi ritong magagandang magz rim at gulong yon nga lang nagaalangan ako bagay di mag fit sa vanza ko wala kasing avanza rito inova lang. manual lang din ang avanza ko balak ko rin pakabitan ng security alarm. ok lang ba na bumili ako rito? share naman kong magakano ang price ng magz dyan at security alarm? thanks to all....regards

Suggest ko sir is to check other dealers ng Toyota. I tried before sa Shaw at ok kausap kaso may dealer na mas maganda ang mga offers... discounts, freebies, etc. Try also Makati, Pasong Tamo and Quezon Ave. Minsan may difference na P5K sa price...Sayang din yun

yes tama ka dyan, wag ka mag rely sa isang dealer.....tatapatan nila ng magandang offer yung offer mo sa kabilang dealer, sa kanila ka lang kumuha ng unit...basta sabihin mo nag ka canvas ka pa at bigyan ka ng magandang deal para sa kanila ikaw kukuha.

Kanina, nag-order ako ng Overrider Bumper and Sports Rail. The overrider is good, napakagandang tignan. But when they install the sports rail, yung lang palang "Side Rails" ang 9.7k. Iba pa pala yung price na nasa gitna nya which is called "Smart Rack".

If you look at the website ng shark (http://www.sharkphil.com), it is called "Shark Sport Rail w/ Smart Rack". Yung Sport Rail are those na nasa side lang ng left & right side ng picture and the price is 9.7k. Then the Smart Rack is yung nasa gitna nya and the price is another 9.7k daw!

So kung gusto mong bilhin yung nasa picture ng website nila which is called, "Shark Sport Rail w/ Smart Rack". The total price is 19.4k!

Di ko alam kung tanga ako or nakaka-mislead yung nasa website & brochure nila. Kasi kapag nagtatanong ako sa banawe, ang sinasabi ko lang is "Sports Roof Rail" tapos yung binibigay nilang presyo is yung side rails lang pala. Akala ko the 9.7k is whole set na nasa website nila.

Hay naku, balik ako bukas coz yung "Roof Rack" nalang ang kukunin ko!

hello guys,
im new here and im getting a lot of information regarding the avanza, thanks to everybody. im also seriously considering of getting one specifically the J variant (yun lang kaya ng budget). im still getting quotations from different dealers (as you suggest) and hopefully i can get a good deal sooner than later.
i also have the following questions:
- is it true that the J version price dont include the 3rd row seat? (or para sa white model lang to?)
- has anyone here with a J variant able to convert to power windows and replace their wheels, where and how much?
- also, who lives in makati? may nakita akong while avanza kanina sa tapat ng MCS, naka mags and may side sticker na parang yung revo sport... gwapo!

marami na ding nagpalit ng mags pati G variant kahit naka mags nag upgrade din, ang price? depende sa model and size.
