2800 yung bili ko ng roof rail. yung leather seat cover na inorder ko is 6500. german daw. sa sphere talaga ako nagpapalagay ng accessories.

8k for 85k damage. mine was 17K damage and i paid 5800. sobrang hinayang ako kasi pambayad ko sa alarm sana yun.

well, ganyan talaga. i used to dislike my bro and father whenever they become overprotective sa cars nila. now, i understand.

eto mga price nila. some are more expensive than those sold in manila. hindi na rin kasi kami nagtanong sa ibang shops kasi based on experience mas mahal sa dans. ewan lang. let me know kung may mabibilihan pa ng mura dito sa pangasinan.

Guys,just to update you. This July or early August maglalabas ng BAGONG AVANZA with Driver and Passenger side airbags that comes with ABS na rin from the 1.5G variant. Thanks. Happy Motoring!

For the "G" variant, I've noticed that fuel consumption is less (mas tipid sa gasolina) when it is running on "OVERDRIVE" than on "normal", please correct me if I'm wrong. Is there any detrimental effect on the engine/transmission if you always drive it with the transmission on "overdrive"? Any feedback will be highly appreciated, THANKS.

When you turn off overdrive, di pumapasok sa 4th gear ang transmission, kaya lumalakas sa gas. Just leave overdrive on.

no problem. Last week of October 2006 pa ako kumuha ng avanza 1.5G A/T Champagne. Up to now, no problem. Aircon, Suspension, Cooling system, Electricals and Electronics system of toyota avanza are fine. the ones we have here have been fine tuned na by toyota. Kasi yung unang release nila sa Malaysia and Thailand dami problem and that was 2 years ago pa.

OD is supposed to be on all the time. Its only switched of during certain situations like climbing a hill, you need to downshift or engine braking. Check your manual for details. By turning it off, you are limiting your car to 3 gears only.

Even in city driving it is possible to need top gear aka overdrive. Do not try to outsmart the transmission ECU, just leave it on. That is why the vehicle calls your attention via a warning lamp when you turn OD off, because OD is supposed to be on by default.

And just because it is on, it does not mean that the ECU will needlessly shift into it.

As previously posted, you turn it off only in certain situations where you will surely not need top gear or situations which can confuse the transmission ECU. Level roads and short ascents/descents will not confuse the ECU.

But then again, those are your vehicles. We're just trying to be helpful here.

Ka Avanzers... Update ko lang after i changed fuel, from unleaded 93 octane to unleaded 95 octane (Shell V-power). Till now i always monitor my FC from empty to full tank. Tama si mam spongee, mas malakas nga ang hatak and pansin ko lang, mas matipid ako ngayon, from 9-10km/li to 10-11Km/li same route.... The explanation i think is... i don't need to press hard on the gas coz mas ma-power na nga siya .. So, difference of 2 pesos is sulit na rin.


Last week(Not included in my recent FC computation), I travel to Baguio via kennon, ikot for 3 days, balik via kennon ulit then top up 500 pesos... distance travelled.. 688Km / 52.8 Liters = 13.03KM/L. max speed 100KM/Hr.

masubukan nga din v-power na yan.......nag pa 10k km chk up din ako kanina sa tyt mkt it cost me 2,476.60 na less na yung 10% discount from my gift card at nakakuha din ako ng desk clock...ang mahal ng labor 950....had a chance also to meet SA trainor ng toyota makati&bicutan...binanggit ko na yung ginagawa ng isang SA duun na yung gift card binebenta (hi jem's99 ayan sinumbong ko na) at yung receipt ng insurance kulang ng 1k..jem's99 pwede mo daw i-refund tutal tapos na naman transaction mo sa kanya sayang din yun.tanong lang po free po ba talaga ang car wash pag nagpa km check-up..tintnanong kasi ako kanina kung ipa car wash ko pa, sabi ko hindi na lang dahil umuulan naman..pero nung kunin ko na yung unit ko bagong car wash at naka tire black pa pero walang charge.

hello! i just want to make an update regarding gift card fr tyt bicutan w/c i paid for 500. last wed i sent a text to my SA asking for my EWD w/c was not yet given. ilan beses ko na sya na follow- up before pero wala pong reply. i asked him also bout the card bakit sa tyt mkt free yon... sabi ko pls reply at once or do i need to call at their office.. yon bigla pong nagtext ok na daw yong EWD and hindi pa ako nakareply sya na ang tumawag sa akin. w/ regards to the gift card, it was only included daw as freebies lately na lang and he will try to refund my payment when i pick-up my EWD..... ganon?!!!! di na lang ako nagside comment at least possible mapabalik or ibalik nya. he3! thanks for this thread talaga, daming infos bout anything.

bout the price increase nagtaas na rin 10k/ 40k for j and g. BUT..... there are still stocks for a/t old price pa po. anyone interested i'll give my SA's cel no. anyway, everybody here is aware w/ some negative experienced ko w/ him but still napakabilis po ng release, no waiting pa rin ako at don ako very thankful.

ooppss, i just quoted the price list of the accessories but hindi lahat nun meron na ako. pinapagalitan na ako ng brother ko kasi inuuna ko raw pamporma at hindi yung mga functional parts. i've been meaning to have an alarm and central lock installed. yun siguro next na padagdag ko plus the foglights. pansin ko kasi, medyo madilim yung lights especially if it's raining.
since i got the car, sobrang tipid na ako. no more cellphone upgrade and no more shopping for clothes.

regarding the seat cover, 1 week daw.

pangasinan chapter? why not. madami na akong nakikitang naka avanza dito.

Ma'am Yenski- Thats good! I think its really the priority tp have the functional upgrades rather than the blings. Ma'am how much is the central lock and alarm there? Pakitanong din kung magkano kung ipapainstall lang? Kasi meron dito around 50$, para maicompare kug san makakamura.
Naitanong nyo na ba kung meron sa GNS yung mga accessories ng avanza?

I got my unit last month June 8 sa tyt cubao. May napansin lang ako sa front windows. Pagclose ko kasi, then pagdating sa summit na nung window medyo gumagalaw yung sidings nung door para bang nagbabulge. Normal lang ba ito sa mga avanza?

FC nung avanza ko na 1.5G Manual ay 9 to 9.5 km/liter. Gamit ko sa rush our traffic sa umaga at rush out din sa hapon. Ang gamit kong gas ay yung petron extra unleaded.

Subukan ko nga yung shell V-power. Mukhang marami kasi sabing ok raw. Medyo mahal lang kasi. Pero sulit naman siguro dahil gaganda FC ko.

I am planning to get an Avanza J. Kaso I have to wait for for my car loan to be processed (assuming may available budget) and pumila sa Toyota for a unit. Sana next month mayroon na.
