Squeaking sound when braking

everytime mag bbreak ako may squeaking sound, ano usually cause nito? could it be dangerous? Whats the best thing to do? and if ever pa check sa shop how much ang labor?

Tama no other reason unless bagu pa break pad mu ganyan parin pakita mu na lang sa casa para i diagnose nila.

san ba ung maingay harap or likod ..brand ng sasakyan .at tear model po
paki lagay..

minsan sobrang dumi na or bakal sa bakal na ,(upod na ung pad or brake shoe,)
kung makapal pa ang pad,or shoe linisin mo nalang ako sand paper gamit ko at scotch brite

Tama sila lahat. Kailangan nang palitan ang front or rear brake pads.

squeeking sound? baka springs lang.. or need to lubricate something.
squealing sound? it might be the built-in warning device, telling you that your pads are worn out and need replacement. pad wear is easy to detect.. nasisilip yan sa harap, nguni at kailangan mong tanggalin ang drum kapag sa likod.. basic mechanics.. easy to do.

but i agree.. you have to have it seen by a (brake) mechanic..

if the problem is at the brake pads, lubricating them will eliminate the friction that you need to brake.
kung baga, pag kapit ng brake pads, madulas, so hindi kakapit.
much better if you can check/replace your pads or have it diagnosed properly.
squeaking lang naman yan eh.... tiisin mo na lang muna until you can have it repaired/diagnosed properly.

No-no yan pre. If you can't do it, let someone else(a trusted mechanic). Maghanda ka ng 3-5k. Yun labor nsa 400 lng pero sana ayusin ang adjustments at hindi basta i-rreplace lang ang break pads at break shoe. If you are not sure kung napalitan n ang mga yan e might as well, palitan mo n lng ngaun. Don't let it run like that kc ang damage baka mas lumala pati buhay mo at passengers mo. Careful.

actually, my 2005 innova's brake pedal squeeks a little bit whenever i press her. the sound is from under the floor or in front of the bulkhead yata...
it's been there since day 1.
