    Questions:
1 was it " pugaking" before the overhaul?
2 what do you feel- vibration? Noise? Loss of power?
3 is the symptom random or does it have a pattern?
4 when does it happen? With engine warm or cold?
5 if you place a strip of paper like peso bill at the end of the tail pipe, does the paper get sucked in periodically?
6 does it smell like unburnt fuel at the tail pipe?

A smoking engine does not necessarily dictate an overhaul, it might have been bad valve stem seals. Next time before giving way to an overhaul hungry mechanic, have cylinder leakage test and compression test done first. Compression test while cranking and engine running compression test usually determines if an engine tear down is necessary

Sir jick.cejoco. before and after inoverhaul ganon pa rin po pugak, nafeel ko po sa vibration, random po sya.

Your misfire can either be caused by mechanical problem but since you mentioned it has been recently "overhauled" you can rule this out if it was done right or ignition misfire. Check your ignition wires, plugs and distributor cap. So the overhaul did not fix the symptom, it got worse for a fee?
