thank your for loading the picture...
hmmmmmmmm... i'm quite surprised about the line-up. no 2.0s?!?! and i was hoping for more 1.8 models (with manual tranny) ! altis will be positioned towards the vios than a true mid-point sedan. but i believe it can be a psuedo replacement for the once-loved Corona Exsior- 1.8V.
I still want my Lancer 2.0 GT!

The politically correct term doc is "faux wood" nyahahaha. Ang sagwa sa mata . . .

Oo nga, what's with the faux wood? Are they marketing this as a luxury model? (Actually kahit sa luxury cars, masagwa pa rin tignan eh).

In all fairness, aside from the fake wood, the interior materials are actually very, VERY good, while sound insulation and seat construction have been turned up a notch.
And yes, this new Corolla is nearly Exsior in girth, if not quite in length...
We feel privileged to have been invited to this "secret" launch. Carlo was expecting it... but most of us were caught slightly by surprise.
The mechanical package is somewhat disappointing, but the new looks and the new interior are pretty good.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
